Media Cruise Solutions K.K., as of April 2001, was a spin off of the Broadband Division of Japan SGI (the Japanese subsidiary of US Silicon Graphics Inc.). From the start, our principal business has been to offer system integration aimed at broadband collaborated solutions with top vendors creating the most specialized broadband solutions available.

Nov. 2001	Corporate name changed to MediaCruiseSolutions K.K.
Jan. 2002	Broadband Division of SGI Japan began as independent business within MCS
Mar. 2002	On2 Technologies, Inc. (US) Image compression technology sharing & exclusive sales of related products for Japan contract completion
Mar. 2003	Corporate Capital increases to 205 M Yen via third party investors
Dec. 2003	MediaCruise Solutions developed B2BUA based SIP server.
May, 2004	MediaCruiseSolutions announces finalization of distribution contract with Harmonic Inc. USA
Aug, 2004	Established Osaka Office to expand sales coverage
Jun, 2005	MediaCruiseSolutions named "CallVoyager™" to B2BUA based SIP server
Sep, 2005	Began sales of Session Border Controller Solution "CallVoyager® SBC"
Oct, 2005	Began sales of CA (Conditional Access) products from CONAX AS (Norway)
Dec, 2005	Began sales of Call Receiver Billing Solution "CallVoyager® FPS" (Free Phone Service)
Apr, 2006	Contracted VAR (Value Added Resales) agreement for Japan with CANTATA Inc (USA)
Jun, 2006	Started sales of mobile movie conversion application software VLOG Maker
Sep, 2006	CONAX INC (Norway) signed reseller agreement
